The reason you're not going to find much in Hawaii is that HPD uses eros to go after girls (so I heard, not a fact).
Looking for girls out here you'd best take a drive down Merchant St near Chinatown about midnight.
Park up and walk down it (past Murphy's bar) and there are some decent girls out there.

Murphy's and O'Toole's across the street are good bars. Indigos further up the street is cool wine bar and restuarant and the best Chinese and Vietnamese food on the island is not far off.
