All the pix are of the same girl. She uses the name Carmen when she is escorting, but her first name is Regine. I think she is based more in Manchester than London.
With regard to her hair colour, I saw her in a club late last year and she had very short blonde hair then.
Come to the Miss TS International pageant in London next month - you never know she might be there. I think she came 3rd in the competition in 2004

Just done some checking - there are a fair number of pix of Carmen in blonde mode on the website for the Way Out club in London. If you go into the picture galleries, Carmen's pix are mainly in the galleries for 'Way Out People' and 'Alternative Miss London' which I believe she has won at one time.

Regine lives in Manchester now,but she will back in London for the Miss TS International in November,my other half spoke to her on Friday and she's having a great time up there!

Tray, I hate to burst your bubble, but the pictures you have posted are of a different Carmen. They are definitely not pix of Regine from Manchester. The girl whose pix you have posted may be Carmen aka Ruby and she is also from Manchester but it is not the girl that Tiff in a Skirt is enquiring about. The ad on Birchplace also says that Ruby is only in London until today
