Boob jobs are generally borderline terrible so it's understandable. Some girls get lucky and have them turn out well(Jane Marie comes thi mind). Some girls get them and they don't look as good but they have other features that keep you attracted to them. I don't find this strange at all. First of all the sexiest transgender ladies are always those with small natural breasts, the attraction of a tg lady is after all the combination of male and female genders.
