As opposed to anybody with a dick? Putting your dick where there is bacteria that causes it. It's rare that people with dicks get UTIs. You'll give or catch an STD from oral before someone gets a UTI.

A girlfriend of mine actually would get them all the time from tucking. I have never personally never had it happen to me but it kind of makes sense.
