Hormone vs enhanced boobs are a matter of individual tastes (of the viewers) and the Tgirl's genetic endowment. Alexa Scout's, Thais Schiavinato's, and Agata Lopes' hormone boobs would not be improved by surgical intervention. In Alexa's case, they seem to have grown between her earlier pics with Chanel and later pics with Lena. Chanel's pre and post boobs pics state a strong case for the benefits of implants. She went from being merely hot to a complete scorcher, whereas Sabrina Xavier should have abstained IMHO.

Isn't that only a DHT blocker?
But yes, the transitional hormones reduce the volume and velocity of the yummy protein blasts.

I was with a girl a few times from okcupid and her hormone titties could lactate a bit. Clear and milky substances would leak out when I sucked and chewed them. Not a lot just enough to taste and notice it.

TS lactation is stimulated when a high estrogen level is suddenly reduced, simulating the estrogen level drop experienced at by GG's childbirth.
