I’ve lately been having trouble getting and staying fully erect. I know a lot of it has to do with stress and inactivity (both exercise and with my dick lol), so part of it has to mental and part physical. Are there any supplements to assist with this in the short term?

I’m 39. I eat healthy(green veggies, high protein, low carbs, very low sugars) keep alcohol to a minimum, get plenty of sleep, don’t smoke, work out(lift weights, hike with heavy rucks, run, jiu jitsu) 5-6 days a week.
