Given that open heart surgery costs around ~~ $50,000, and a google around UK cosmetic surgery sites ( e.g. https://www.mya.co.uk ) shows lesser procedures costing up to $3,000, with boob work somewhere south of $10,000. I am somewhat puzzled as to what anything more that $200,000 will get other than a VERY grateful surgical and nursing team and an increased chance of Post Operatic Confusion and Dementia.

QUESTION: How would you spend $1,000,000 on cosmetic surgery?

If I were paying that much then the nurses would have to look like supermodels AND wear tight fitting retro uniforms with a zip down the front, whatever their birth gender. (others may choose Male equivalent depending on orientation).

I tried to write down the costs of each procedure that are featured in the video but it goes too fast to add them up. Again, it was spending over ten years during which the problem of exchange rates comes up, as on my last trip to the US a dollar was worth around 50 pence so a Million dollars would then have been worth 500,000 pounds. She could probably have had some or all of the surgical procedures done at a cheaper price in Thailand, but may have paid more to the same clinics once she trusted them. The highest figure I saw that makes sense, it may even have been in a post in HA but years ago, was from someone who worked out that her various treatments and surgeries had cost her £80,000. I can't recall if that included SRS.

In the end it does not matter as it is her body and her money. For some people will pay four times as much on a car. A car? Yes, a car. Like the Lamborghini Veneno, cost $4.5 Million. Just don't crash it on your first whizz up the M1. And which would you prefer -Nikki or the Car?
