The genuine answer to your question is to look up local venues and events for Transgender people and their friends/admirers.

You are more likely to meet actual friends here than at a swingers club.

The key is to go there to meet friends and be genuine about it. I have found trans people to be incredibly accepting and non-judgemental but if your just there looking for a quick shag, people will smell it a mile off and you will get a poor reception.
