Nicole Kidman's Nipples

I don't know if many of you saw the BAFTA awards show last night on the BBC, but if you did you will have seen numerous shots of Nicole Kidman standing up, leaning over, sitting down -while wearing a gown with a generous exposure of breast. But the breasts never moved, and while I don't know if this 49-year old has implants, the question is this: do these gowns have a small indent into which the woman places her nipples, thereby stabilising the breasts and preventing a nipple from slipping into the open? Disappointed or not, this is the trivial question that has occupied my mind over this morning's cappuccino.

I believe they use some kind of tape, to prevent accidental slippage. Not sure exactly what type, but probably similar to double sided sticky tape. I'm sure google will provide a more accurate answer.
