Is there any Central or South America places like Thailand?

I'm looking for a place that's good for vacation and getting laid. It seems like Jaco Costa Rica or Panama city are good options for getting laid but not the best for vacation. I went to Buenos Aires and that was fun but too difficult to get around and communicate. All the posts on Brazil seem to suggest the same thing.

There are places in Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires, but then it's not always safe.

I'm not sure where the main city or place is though. All the major cities have escorts advertising online and in the press.

All latin American countrys will be difficult to get around and communicate if you don't know the language, and most of the tgirls there don't know english very well, in Thailand is more easy at least you have a variety of english spoken ladyboys.
