Is anyone else here sitting through it? It's been pleasantly dull for me. I slept through what should have been the worst of it, and I haven't lost power.

I love Florida: http://www.mediaite.com/tv/florida-man-braves-hurricane-to-yell-dcks-out-for-harambe-on-live-tv/

My neighborhood was built in 2004, so of course they bulldozed all the trees then. All our utility lines are underground. And we're on the same circuit as a water treatment plant, so if our power does go out we hav

When I was living in Taiwan, I had the pleasure to experience four typhoons and six earthquakes. I was living on the 5th floor and you could feel the building moving because of the wind.
The earthquakes were worse because you didn't know if they were going to get worse or when they were going to end. Its the longest 3 or 4 minutes I've ever lived. And with the high density of the building, going outside wasn't any safer. You either get crushed when the building collapses or have it fall on you if you run outside. We get quite a few earthquakes in Bali, but so far they've just been tremors.
