I think this girl is real.

First of all the pics are from the site of Nadine Jensen who is renowned for her big breasts as well.

Secondly the size she has can't be from silicon. I know Lola Ferara existed but she has completely different tits which looked much more fake.

The ones from this girl really look natural to me, but off course I can be wrong.

Hmm I cant really say. But you can tell if a girl has fake or real by the way the breasts move. If they jiggle by just the girl walking then they are real but if they barely jiggle or move while shes walking then they are fake. Also by the feel of course.
