Transgendered people should play cisgendered people

At the beginning of the year, I had an idea of a story. It was a romantic comedy set in Brazil during Lent. The first choice for the love interest was transgendered but the character was cisgendered. I think that transgender actresses should play cisgendered women. There were movies that have transgendered women being portrayed by a cisgendered cast. Now recently, a new movie with Mark Ruffalo is being made yet they cast a cisgendered actor for the role
