Uh, dude? You got married  You took "living in the moment" & tossed it out the window. You stood up in front of somebody & swore to take life seriously. Maybe this is just an adjustment problem.
A big part of sexual intensity is anticipation. Maybe you're already taking her for granted &/or vice versa? Perhaps if you start concentrating on your aim, the distance will come back. Make a game out of it. When you can give her matching earrings to go with that pearl necklace, start a new game & challenge her to come up with it. Keep it fun & keep the anticipation high.
Oh yeah, & get rid of the excess fat too. That just bogs everything down. Take up healthy eating as a hobby & start exercising together. That'll do wonders for a relationship. But then again, I've been divorced for 37 years, so maybe I'm not the one to be talking about relationships. I'm pretty good at fucking them up though.

It has been my experience that the majority of men who were in a good healthy state and generally lived a healthy lifestyle; once married gained weight and their previous healthy lifestyle all but evaporated. Get back to your previous lifestyle. You'll be much happier. Don't let all of your hard work go down the drain for a kiss and some cookies.

flabbybody's advice is good for starters. Seriously -- why live witha chick unless you're married? and even then? 
Keep 'em on an every 72hrs. schedule. Keeps the sex fresh and the load strong. Living with a sex-partner is a hellishly effective recipe for boredom. And nothing kills a cock like suppressing a yawn.
Beyond that. Lift weights. Really. Esp. big compound motions like squats and deadlifts. Get that free-test flowing...
